Hi, I am Rana Mansoor, founder of Changinglivespt. Since 2012, I have been offering personal training in several areas to assist people in living a healthy and confident life.

My workout sessions are well known for being the most effective and cost-efficient compared to some of the big gyms in the market.

Changinglivespt, is equipped with versatile top-quality equipment to give you an intense and enjoyable fitness session. I want to make the sessions customized to fit the trimester of the mother's pregnancy.

I offer customized packages that are designed as per your body type and health situations. Fitness is an achievable goal, and I can vouch for it, thanks to my tremendous experience in the field. However difficult it might seem, I will help you transform yourself into the best version in the specified time and budget.

I give utmost priority to customer satisfaction and strive diligently to provide you with the promised results. Every package includes a minimum of 2 days a week with a one-hour session each. I offer individual and group packages with varying number of sessions as per your requirements.
